Each GFI Personal Training session includes 60 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) to set you up for the rest of the day. It can be done on your own or with a training partner.
Your 60 min GFI Personal Training session can be focused on weight training, general fitness, cardio, weight management, boxing, kickboxing, martial arts or bodybuilding. Each session is generally made up of a combination of any of these approaches.
