Delivered by one of Australia’s leading self defense instructors, Michael Muleta, the session is open to women and girls of all ages.
This Womens Self Defense course is an introductory program for those looking to arm themselves with some basic, but effective skills.
Each session will commence with a presentation on situational awareness, self defense and the law, as well as developing some precautionary strategies and reading the danger signs.
Participants will learn a variety of techniques designed to help you in many typical self defence situations, for example.
Women who take part will develop strategies and methods derived from simple, but very effective, martial arts, boxing and kickboxing approaches, to defend yourself.
A high level of physical fitness is not required to participate in this course, and no prior martial arts experience is necessary.
We work people within their physical limitations.
