KIDS SELF DEFENSE COURSE

Global Fitness Institute will be delivering a FREE KIDS Self Defense course at the VTeam Taekwondo Centre in Maidstone, Victoria, for all those Under 16 years of age (both male and female)
Delivered by one of Australia’s leading self defense instructors, Michael Muleta, the session is open to all Kids under 16 years of age.
This KIDS Self Defense course is an introductory program for those looking to arm themselves with some basic, but effective skills.
It would be of particular value to anyone who has experienced bullying or intimidation.
Participants will learn a variety of techniques designed to help you in many typical self defense situations, for example.
Kids who take part will develop strategies and methods derived from simple, but very effective, martial arts, boxing and kickboxing approaches, to defend yourself.
A high level of physical fitness is not required to participate in this course, and no prior martial arts experience is necessary.
We work people within their physical limitations.
