10 x Strength Training PT sessions
These Strength Training PT sessions include 45 minutes of strength training with weights and exercises designed to work those muscles.
It can be done on your own or with a training partner.
Strength Training PT sessions conducted under the expert tuition and guidance of highly regarded fitness professional Michael Muleta. Michael is the CEO and Head Trainer of Global Fitness Institute, one of Australia’s respected Health and Fitness education colleges.
Your 45 min Strength Training PT session can be focused on weight training, general fitness, cardio, weight management, boxing, kickboxing, martial arts bodybuilding or body sculpting………or a combination of any of these approaches.
Take advantage of an impressive range of commercial gym equipment, including:
- Extensive Weight training area (pin loaded machines, barbells, dumbells, kettle bells)
- Cardio area (treadmill, cross trainer, spin bikes)
- Boxing Ring & Boxing area (heavy bags, speed-ball floor ceiling ball)
- Open Mat area for floor-work, agility drills and medicine ball
Upon your initial consultation, we’ll chat about your session and program goals. Training will then be customized to suit your conditioning objectives. We do not take a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
