Kickboxing PT x 10 sessions
Kickboxing personal training sessions focus on attack and defense movements incorporating a range of kicking drills and upper body strikes.
These range from beginning to advanced depending on the client’s previous kickboxing or martial arts experience and skill level.
The typical session is 45 minutes and will focus on utilizing kickboxing skills, drills and methods to give you a great workout.
By booking 10 sessions we’ll guarantee you have a firm grip on the basics, and some improved fitness to boot.
Typical sessions comprise mainly of pad/bag work inside and outside our boxing ring. These are combined with some additional physical conditioning exercises.
Additionally, you will gain an appreciation of your potential weapons and a knowledge for where to strike for maximum results. You will develop good kickboxing skills, although the session is primarily fitness based.
Prior Kickboxing or martial arts experience is not necessary. High levels of fitness are not required to book a kickboxing PT session. Our job is to get you ft.
Be pushed and make it your primary fitness workout for the day. We promise to make a kilo joule busting workout.
