Course Fee Refund Policy
All applications for a full or partial refunds must be made in writing by way of the ‘Application for Refund’ form and submitted to Student Administration.
Approved applications will be processed within 14 days from the date of application.
The assessment of refund applications shall be granted as indicated below:

Cancellations more than 7 days prior to commencement of training delivery | No refund of enrolment fee – full refund of all tuition fees |
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to commencement of training delivery | No refund of enrolment fee – full refund of all tuition fees (Minus $100 admin fee) |
Cancellation (in writing) after commencement of training delivery or provision of training | No refund of enrolment fee – Cessation of payment plan after next scheduled payment |
Student defaults on payment schedule, or withdraws from studies (in writing) | No refund of enrolment fee – Cessation of remaining payment plan |
The RTO withdraws the course where enrollment and full course tuition fees have been paid | No refund of enrolment fee – Cessation of remaining payment plan |
Please note:
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED
- where a Student breaches Global Fitness Institute Policies and Procedures, or
- where the student is not in good financial standing with Global Fitness Institute, or
- where the student is in possession of items belonging to the RTO and has not returned them, or has damaged them –
Note that the $499 enrollment fee is non-refundable
