Course Fee Refund Policy
All applications for a full or partial refunds must be made in writing by way of the ‘Application for Refund’ form and submitted to Student Administration.
Approved applications will be processed within 14 days from the date of application.
The assessment of refund applications shall be granted as indicated below:

Cancellations more than 7 days prior to commencement of training delivery | 100% of enrollment fee (minus admin fee $100) |
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to commencement of training delivery | 100% of enrollment fee (minus admin fee $200) |
Cancellation (in writing) after commencement of training delivery or provision of training materials | 0% of enrollment fee – Cessation of payment plan after next scheduled payment |
Course withdrawn by RTO | 100% of enrollment fee – cessation of payment plan |
The RTO is unable to provide the course for which the original enrollment and payment has been made |
100% of enrollment fee – cessation of payment plan |
Please note: where a Student breaches Global Fitness Institute Policies and Procedures, or where the student is not in good financial standing with Global Fitness Institute, in possession of items belonging to the RTO, has not returned them, or has damaged them – no refunds will be issued.
Note that the enrollment fee is non-refundable once course work has been accessed.
