The PT session 10 pack is perfect for want a results based program to bring about improvements in fitness. By booking a 10 pack, you save $150
Each PT session includes 45 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) to set you up for the rest of the day. It can be done on your own or with a training partner.
Clients are welcome to come in 15 minutes earlier, or stay 15 minutes longer. Use of our treadmill, cross trainer or stationary bicycles is permitted, where it does not interfere with other private bookings.
Your 60 min PT session can be focused on a combination of weight training, general fitness, cardio, weight management, boxing, kickboxing, martial arts or bodybuilding.
Additionally, our training area contains a great variety of commercial gym equipment for strength and cardio. A matted area is also available for floor work, boxing bags and cardio equipment.
Personal Training sessions are conducted under the expert tuition and guidance of highly regarded fitness professional Michael Muleta. Michael is the CEO and Head Trainer of Global Fitness Institute, one of Australia’s respected Health and Fitness education colleges.
Bookings can be made for individuals, pairs or groups with bulk booking and concession discounts also applicable.
Unfortunately, many gyms and trainers out there utilize a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Importantly, with GFI, your first session includes a free pre-exercise Health evaluation and screening. This enables us to determine the most effective, and safest, strategy to meet your health and fitness goals.
What is HIIT training ?
High Intensity Interval Training involves alternating between very intense bouts of exercise and low intensity exercise. For example, sprinting for 30 seconds, then walking for 60 seconds is high intensity interval training. HIIT training gets and keeps your heart rate up and has been shown to burn more fat over time by raising your metabolism.
