Boxing PT x 10 sessions
Boxing PT 10 sessions will focus on utilizing boxing skills, drills and methods to give you a great workout.
These range from beginning to advanced depending on the client’s previous experience and skill level.
Get your self fighting fit while learning some great self defence skills.
By booking 10 sessions we’ll guarantee you become accomplished at the boxing basics.
A typical session comprises mainly of pad/bag work inside the ring, along with some additional physical conditioning exercises.
Additionally, you will gain an appreciation of your potential weapons and a knowledge for where to strike for maximum results. You will develop good boxing skills, although the session is primarily fitness based.
No boxing or martial arts experience, nor high level of fitness required to book a boxing personal training session.
However, for those who want to be pushed and make it their fitness workout for the day, we’ll make it a taxing workout.
With over 30 years in martial arts, and having taught around the World, you will gain expert tuition and attention.
We make use of our outstanding private facilities and equipment, as a result, we can offer you the best environment and quality service to get the best out of your session.
If you’re a bit nervous to come on your own, you can book in with a friend (simply select two people when booking).
Groups are also catered for.
