Each GFI Personal Training Fitness session includes 45 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) to set you up for the rest of the day. It can be done on your own or with a training partner.

Your 45 min GFI Personal Training session can be focused on weight training, general fitness, cardio, weight management, boxing, kickboxing, martial arts or bodybuilding. Each session is generally made up of a combination of any of these approaches.

You are booking training with an elite level trainer. Michael Muleta is a former international athlete and coach of multiple World Champion, not just another Personal Trainer. In fact, most of his clients are Personal Trainers themselves.

Yes you can get cheaper, less qualified and less experienced Personal Trainers.

Your 45 min GFI Personal Training session can be focused on weight training, general fitness, cardio, weight management, boxing, kickboxing, martial arts or bodybuilding. Each session is generally made up of a combination of any of these approaches.

Additionally, our training area contains a great variety of commercial gym equipment for strength and cardio. A matted area is also available for floor work, boxing bags and cardio equipment.

GFI Personal Training sessions are conducted under the expert tuition and guidance of highly regarded fitness professional Michael Muleta. Michael is the CEO and Head Trainer of Global Fitness Institute, one of Australia’s respected Health and Fitness education colleges.

Bookings can be made for individuals, pairs or groups, and bulk booking and concession discounts also apply.

Many gyms and trainers out there utilize a ‘one size fits all’ approach.

What is HIIT training ?

High Intensity Interval Training involves alternating between very intense bouts of exercise and low intensity exercise. For example, sprinting for 30 seconds, then walking for 60 seconds is high intensity interval training. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and has been shown to burn more fat over time by raising your metabolism.
