It can be done on your own or with a training partner.

Your 45 min Strength PT session can be focused on weight training, general fitness, cardio, weight management, boxing, kickboxing, martial arts bodybuilding or body sculpting………or a combination of any of these approaches.
Take advantage of an impressive range of commercial gym equipment in our private setting, including:
- Extensive Weight training area (free weights, pin loaded machines, barbells, dumbells, kettle bells)
- Cardio area (treadmill, cross trainer, spin bikes)
- Boxing Ring & Boxing area
- Open Mat area for floor-work, agility drills and medicine balls
