Self Defence Personal Training

Self Defence Personal Training session bookings can be made at Global Fitness Institute.

Clients will learn a series of basic martial arts, boxing and kicking skills and drills under experience tutelage of highly qualified trainers.

These self defence sessions are aimed at arming you with the skills and confidence to defend yourself.

Clients will learn basic strikes, blocks, releases and take downs as well as recognizing signs of danger and strategies to avoid conflict.
