Your Personal Training sessions can be focussed on weight training, general fitness, cardio, weight management, boxing, kickboxing, martial arts bodybuilding or body sculpting………or a combination of any of these approaches.
Our training area contains a great variety of commercial gym equipment for strength and cardio, as well as a matted area for floor work, boxing bags and cardio equipment.
Bookings can be made for individuals and pairs, and bulk booking and concession discounts also apply.

Your first session includes a free pre-exercise Health evaluation and screening to enable us to determine the most effective, and safest, strategy to meet your health and fitness goals, rather than the ‘one size fits all’ approach taken by many Personal Trainers out there today.
