In line with Government COVID19 Guidelines, GFI will offer Outdoor Personal Training on a 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 basis, with enhanced social distancing and hygiene practices.

Each GFI Personal Training session includes 60 minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT) to set you up for the rest of the day.

Your 60 min GFI Personal Training session can be focused on weight training, general fitness, cardio, weight management, boxing, kickboxing, martial arts or bodybuilding. Each session is generally made up of a combination of any of these approaches.

High Intensity Interval Training involves alternating between very intense bouts of exercise and low intensity exercise. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and has been shown to burn more fat over time by raising your metabolism.

COVID GUIDELINES

Please bring a mask for pre- and post- training (you are welcome to wear during – trainer will wear mask), Bring a towel, Bring your own drink bottle.

Sanitizer is available for use before and after sessions.

All equipment will be cleaned between sessions.

Our training area contains a matted area available for floor work, dumbells, kettle bells, stretching and resistance training equipment.

GFI Personal Training sessions are conducted under the expert tuition and guidance of internationally acclaimed fitness and martial arts professional Michael Muleta.

Bookings can be made for individuals, and bulk booking and concession discounts also apply.
